  1. If you're not satisfied, simply drop an email to [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, during normal business hours. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your failure to provide the documents or information on time. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or credit any money paid to partner entities, such as membership fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in the processing of your order, such as affiliates, at any time. We also are unable to return any money given directly to other parties by you, such as payments made to affiliates.
  2. If you want to exchange a product or service for a different one, you must request this exchange and complete your replacement order within 15 days of purchase, assuming the original transaction has not yet been fulfilled. The original order's purchase price will be deducted from your replacement order, less any money paid to partner entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in processing your transaction. Any payments made directly to our affiliates by you are not returnable or refundable. Any price difference between the original order and the replacement order, or the full original purchase price (less any tax, money paid to other third parties) will be credited to the original form of payment if the replacement order is not processed within 15 days of purchase.
  3. Our warranty only covers satisfaction concerns caused by Bridcodes, not changes to your circumstances or state of mind, because we're devoting time and effort to enabling your services.

You accept that, unless Bridcodes is at fault, you have no right to cancel, request a cash refund, or obtain credit for any undelivered order beyond 80 days from the purchase date, unless as required by relevant law. All charge itemization is shown for your convenience only. Our Satisfaction Guarantee will apply to orders that are delivered. Both parties agree that Bridcodes is investing time and money to finish the work, and both parties intend to see the order through. Liquidated damages equal to the amount paid to Bridcodes for repayment of our commitment to service this order will be applied to abandoned orders.
